BOOKING / CONFIRMATION
Generally a minimum of seven days notice is required for ordering purposes. We do suggest pre-booking in advance to avoid the disappointment of ‘fully booked’ days. This is especially true for the Festival Celebration and Christmas season or peak holiday periods. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a 70% deposit unless otherwise arranged. All payment made are not refundable in the event of cancellation of function. All catering is to be paid in full by or on the function date unless a prior arrangement has been made with the catering manager/sales person.
Minimum order quantity is based on the menu requirement. Most menus required min of 50 Pax.
Food may be presented to you with complete set of food warmers or on platters. Your own platters may also be dropped off prior to your function for plating up by our chefs. Buffet line will be covered by table cloth & skirting.
Menu price inclusive of 1 set of buffet tables with cloth, skirting, dinnerware (melamine/disposable), cutlery, serviette & trash bag.
PICK UP & DELIVERY
All catering is to be collected at a pre-arranged time from Uniq. All boxes, platters, dipping bowls and any other utensils are to be collected the same day. Uniq will arrange if required, drop off and return pick up with associated charges. Transportation charge is applicable and accordingly to location and no of pax. Loading charge is applicable if the venue is not at ground floor such as shopping complex, condominium, office towel etc.
Setting can be arranged in advance and food delivery normally 2-3 hours before the function time which is depending on the loading.
BROKEN / DAMAGE
Uniq Catering provide a complete set of dinnerware, glasses, cutlery in the function. Any
broken & missing cutlery/utensils would be charged accordingly.
1 Server per 40 – 50 guests with disposable plates and buffet.
1 Server per 20 – 25 guests with melamine (/porcelain) plates and buffet.
1 Bartender per 25 – 50 guests (Depending on the drink type)
We have people who do both bartending and serving. If you are having a small gathering (40-50 guests) you may hire a Bartender/Server. They will tend to the bar as your guests arrive. As the bar slows down they will leave the bar set up self-service with open bottles of wine, etc. They will then tend to the food, replenish the buffet, pick up plates and glasses, ask your guests if they need anything and do clean-up.
Server: From RM 85+ (Max 3 Hours) – Depending on location
Captain Server: RM 95+ (Max 3 Hours)
Cook: From RM 120+ (Max 3 Hours) – Depending on cook & food
Chef: From RM 250+ (Max 3 Hours) – Depending on function capacity
Additional Per Hour: RM 20+; Mid Night OT: RM 50+
Public Holiday: Double rate
