- All orders must reach us at least 3 days in advance.
- Please ensure that delivery and order details are correct to avoid any additional transport cost for re-direction.

Delivery Charges 运输费用
- Delivery service is available daily from 8:30am to 4:00pm
- FREE delivery service to one destination within 25km radius, for purchase of RM400 and above
- For delivery to destination outside of 25km radius, delivery charges apply according to the additional distances
- 送货服务每日提供,时间为早上8:30至下午4:00。
- 凡消费满RM400或以上,可享有一次性免费送货服务(限于25公里范围内的一个地址)。
- 若送货地址超出25公里范围,将根据额外距离收取相应的运费。
Delivery Services 运输/领取的时间
- Point-to-Point Delivery: The Company provides standard point-to-point delivery as part of our core service. No additional loading charges will apply for standard point-to-point deliveries unless special handling is required.
- Door-to-Door Delivery: If the Client requests door-to-door delivery services, additional loading or unloading charges may apply. These charges will be based on the specific requirements, such as the number of personnel, equipment needed, and the complexity of access to the pickup or drop-off location.
- 点对点送货服务:本公司提供标准点对点送货作为核心服务的一部分。除非需要特殊处理,标准点对点送货将不收取额外装载费用。
- 门到门送货服务:若客户要求门到门送货服务,可能需额外支付装卸费用。该费用将根据具体需求而定,例如所需人手数量、所需设备及取货或送货地点的进出复杂程度。
Special Hour Delivery Charges 特殊时段送货附加费
- Special Hour Delivery: Delivery services requested by the Client to be carried out outside of the Company’s regular business hours, including but not limited to evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Additional Fees: Special hour deliveries will incur an additional charge above the standard delivery rate. This charge is necessary to cover the costs associated with providing services outside of regular business hours, such as overtime for staff and any necessary accommodations.
- Regular Business Hours: The Company’s standard delivery hours are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, including public holidays.
- 特殊时段送货服务:如客户要求在本公司正常营业时间以外进行送货服务,包括但不限于傍晚、夜间、周末及公共假期,均属特殊时段送货。
- 附加费用:特殊时段送货将收取高于标准送货费的附加费用。此费用用于补偿在非正常营业时间提供服务所产生的额外成本,例如员工加班费及其他相关安排。
- 正常营业时间:本公司标准送货时间为每天上午8:30至下午4:00,包括公共假期在内。

Cancellation or Amendments of Orders 取消或修改订单
- Cancellationor or Amendments of Orders must be made at least 3 days (working hours) in advance before delivery date.
- All payment is not refundable for less than 2 days notice.
- A 10% admin charge will be applied in the event of cancellation of the booking or part cancellation of booking by the booker, or other representative. A administration fee will also apply.
- 如需取消或更改订单,须至少在送货日期前3个工作日内提出。
- 若少于2天通知,将不予退款。
- 若订购者或其代表取消订单或部分取消订单,将收取10%行政手续费,并另行收取相关行政费用。
