Guidelines and terms


  1. All orders must reach us at least 3 days in advance.  You can place your order online or dial hotline at 03-8070 0686 / 012- 327 8701 / 012- 218 3874 or at any UNiQ outlet. Upon confirmation of your online order, we will send you an email.
  2. Please ensure that delivery details are correct to avoid any additional transport cost for re-direction.
  3. UNiQ Full Moon & Gift reserves the right to accept or reject any orders.

Payment & Shipping

  1. All prices shown are subjected to GST 0%. Prices, terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Full payment is required upon confirmation. We also accept credit card payment (VISA/MASTER) for own collection.
  3. Upon Successful Online Order, you will receive an Email Confirmation of your order.
  4. Discount coupons or cash vouchers are not valid for delivery orders unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery Charges

  1. Delivery service is available daily from 8:30am to 4:00pm
  2. FREE delivery service to one destination within 25km radius, for purchase of RM400 and above
  3. For delivery to destination outside of 25km radius, delivery charges apply according to the additional distances
  4. Customer may key in the delivery postcode in the calculate shipping field to find out the delivery charge.

Delivery / Collection Time

  1. We open from 8:30am-5:30pm. For own pick-up at Puchong/Klang, it is available from 8:30am prior to early arrangement has been made with our sales rep.
  2. In the event that there is no recipent or no one at home/office to receive the gift packs, the gift packs will be sent back to the outlet for self-collection by the customer.
  3. Gift packs delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery. UNiQ reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.
  4. While UNiQ endeavors to fulfill all deliveries, UNiQ shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

Cancellation or Amendments of Orders

  1. Cancellation of order must be made at least 24 hours (working hours) in advance before delivery date.
  2. A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed for less than 24 working  hours notice.
  3. All payment is not refundable.
